Contrary to some media reports, the problems at Revolution Gaming seem to be getting worse. Most of the other U.S. facing sites continue to process payments in a timely manner. Last month’s grades are in parenthesis. You can see last month’s report here.

Bodog/Bovada A (A)

Bodog’s U.S. facing brand Bovada continues to remain the leader in U.S. online poker payment processing speed. It is also triple the size of its nearest U.S. facing competitor. Players may request one free check per month with a $ 3,000 maximum. Checks arrive by courier in 1-2 weeks. Additional checks carry a $ 50 fee. Bank wires are also $ 50, but there is no current information available about its speed because most players are requesting checks.

Bovada allows players to cashout by Western Union (WU) and MoneyGram (MG). Cash transfers arrive in 1-3 days. The fees are as follows:

Money Transfer/WU

• $ 100 – $ 200 Fee: $ 40
• $ 201 – $ 500 Fee: $ 50
• $ 501 – $ 1000 Fee: $ 80
• $ 1001 – $ 2000 Fee: $ 150

Rapid Transfer/MG

• $ 100 – $ 200 Fee: $ 20
• $ 201 – $ 400 Fee: $ 30
• $ 401 – $ 600 Fee: $ 45
• $ 601 – $ 800 Fee: $ 60

Players had reported a Visa credit card withdrawal option last month. This option is either no longer available or is only available to preferred players.

Winning Poker Network A (A-)

The Winning Poker Network improved its already impressive speeds during the past month. Players receive a debit card withdrawal in about 2-3 days. Each withdrawal by debit card carries a $ 4.95 fee and requires a $ 25 initial purchase of the card. The maximum weekly withdrawal is $ 2,500 and the monthly max in $ 10,000.

Checks are another option. The maximum check withdrawal is $ 2,995. Players receive one free check per month and additional check requests carry a $ 65 fee. Checks arrive by courier in 1-2 weeks.

Western Union is also available. These arrive in 2-3 days. The fees are as follows:

• $ 100 – $ 299 Fee: $ 60
• $ 300 – $ 499 Fee: $ 70
• $ 500 – $ 749 Fee: $ 85
• $ 750 – $ 999 Fee: $ 95
• $ 1,000 – $ 1,500 Fee: $ 110

Winning Poker Network skins that use the main cashier include Americas Cardroom, Black Chip Poker and True Poker.

Intertops A- (A-)

Intertops is a member of the Revolution Gaming Network. It does not accept new U.S. players but continues to service its existing American players. Intertops is the most consistent U.S. facing online poker room in terms of cashout speeds.

The biggest problem with Intertops is its lack of free cashout option. Most U.S. facing rooms will allow a player one free withdrawal per month. The cheapest options at Intertops, which include checks and bank wires, have a $ 50 fee. Checks have a maximum withdrawal of $ 3,000, while bank wires have a $ 2,500 maximum. Checks arrive in one week and bank wires arrive in 2-3 weeks.

Western Union is also available. The fees are as follows:

• $ 150-$ 500 Fee: $ 70
• $ 501-$ 1,000 Fee: $ 85
• $ 1,001-$ 2,000 Fee: $ 180

Merge Gaming C (C)

The only available withdrawal option on the main Merge Gaming cashier is a check. These arrive in 8-10 weeks. Players can stack additional withdrawals onto an already requested check as long as the cumulative value is $ 2,500. If a player’s combined cashout requests are more than $ 2,500 then a new check will be issued for the additional amount and the time will reset. There is no fee for withdrawing by check.

Lock Poker D- (D)

While some in the media have been cheerleaders for Lock Poker’s cashout speeds, the evidence shows there are still serious problems. Western Union withdrawals take 3-5 months. There are reports from players that checks are taking 4-6 months to arrive. Non-U.S. cashouts are also slow. Neteller withdrawals are taking 2-4 weeks, but Skrill cashouts are taking as long as 3 months.

Juicy Stakes F (F)

Lock Poker’s problems are not the worst on the Revolution Gaming Network; Juicy Stakes takes more time to pay U.S. players. Players from the U.S. are waiting 7-9 months to receive their cashouts. One player reports waiting since October for his cashout. There are complaints from players outside the U.S. as well. Most international ewallet withdrawals are taking 2-3 months.
