Online poker rooms that posted gains or maintained their high marks in August continued doing so into September. The two Revolution Gaming skins that accept new US players failed to improve their performance. You can review last month’s report here.

Bovada
Bovada is a US facing skin on the Bodog Poker Network. The group continued its impressive cashout speeds into September. It has received either an A or an A+ in every processing report since February 2013. This is one factor that has helped it run away with the title of largest US facing online poker network.
Part of the reason Bovada slipped down a small notch this month is because its cashout speeds have slowed a bit. Players can expect a Western Union or MoneyGram cashout request to be processed in 2-7 days, although a few players reported waiting more than ten days for these transactions in the past few weeks. Some players reported increased fees on cash transfer withdrawals. This may be specific to certain players. The fees and limits posted below were verified by PAS in the Bovada client on September 12, 2013:

Money Transfer/WU Rapid Transfer/MG
  • $ 100 – $ 200 Fee: $ 40
  • $ 201 – $ 500 Fee: $ 50
  • $ 501 – $ 1000 Fee: $ 80
  • $ 1001 – $ 2000 Fee: $ 150

  • $ 100 – $ 200 Fee: $ 20
  • $ 201 – $ 400 Fee: $ 30
  • $ 401 – $ 600 Fee: $ 45
  • $ 601 – $ 800 Fee: $ 60

Checks may be requested in amounts up to $ 3,000. These are generally delivered by courier in 3-8 days. One check is issued free of charge each month. Additional checks carry a $ 50 fee.

Winning Poker Network
The Winning Poker Network cashier services players from Americas Cardroom, True Poker and Black Chip Poker. The group maintained its impressive streak of paying US players quickly. The last time it received a grade lower than A- was December 2011, when it received a B.
Debit card withdrawals are generally processed in 2-4 days. It may be used to withdraw cash at any ATM machine. The card must be requested before having it available as an option. There is a fee of $ 25 to receive the card and it is delivered in about two weeks. Each debit card withdrawal carries a $ 4.95 fee in addition to what the ATM owner charges as a service fee. Players may request one debit card withdrawal per week. The maximum withdrawal is $ 2,500. There is a monthly maximum of $ 10,000.
Checks may also be requested. The maximum check withdrawal is $ 2,995. These are delivered by courier in 10-15 days. The first check each month is free. Additional checks carry a $ 65 fee.

  • $ 500 – $ 749 Fee: $ 85

Intertops
Intertops is a member of the Revolution Gaming Network. The world’s oldest online sports book continues its impressive and consistent cashout speeds. Intertops has received a grade of A- or better every month since January 2012. Its high fees and lack of a free cashout option are the only reasons why it does not receive a higher grade. New US players are not accepted, though there are many grandfathered US players still playing at Intertops.
Checks are available in amounts up to $ 3,000. The fee is $ 50 and they arrive in about a week. Bank wires also have a $ 50 fee, but the receiving bank and intermediaries are likely to tack on their own fees. Wires may be requested in amounts up to $ 2,500 and arrive in 2-3 weeks.
Western Union is the fastest withdrawal option available at Intertops. The fees and limits are as follows:

  • $ 150-$ 500 Fee: $ 70
  • $ 501-$ 1,000 Fee: $ 85
  • $ 1,001-$ 2,000 Fee: $ 180

Merge Gaming
Merge Gaming continues its improvement in US online poker withdrawal speeds. This cashier services players from Aced, Carbon Poker, PlayersOnly and Sportsbook.com. Checks are the only option available to US players. These checks have been arriving at a consistent speed of about two weeks. Some players have reported checks arriving in closer to three weeks, but some checks are delivered in a matter of days. The maximum amount allowed per check is $ 2,500. Check withdrawals are free of charge.

Lock Poker
Slow cashout speeds continue to plague Lock Poker. These have been well documented at Two Plus Two over the past few months. Two Plus Two member IHasTehNutz compiles data on player reports of Lock Poker withdrawals. The most recent spreadsheet shows over $ 280,000 in pending request that are more than 60 days old to players all over the world. The oldest Western Union pending is from February, just as it was last month. The oldest reported check requests date back to December, also the same as last month.
There have been some reports of withdrawals being processed faster than this so the average for Western Union withdrawals is about 4-5 months, while checks are arriving in 7-8 months. One bright side is that no fees are imposed on Lock Poker cashouts, although that is little consolation for players that have been waiting for their money since 2012.
Lock Poker funds are trading around $ .20 on the dollar (the trade in the link was $ .19) in the player to player transfer thread at Two Plus Two. This is a cause for concern to players that are owed money by Lock Poker.

Juicy Stakes
Like its network partner Lock Poker, Juicy Stakes players are trading chips below $ .20 on the dollar (this trade was for $ .15). There have been few reported cashouts processed in the past month. Some players have been waiting 11 months for their check, while other players have reported checks arriving in six months. The situation at Juicy Stakes appears to be worse than the one at Lock Poker in terms of both cashout speeds and trading value of chips.
